Welcome to andr0gyny. This group is to showcase people and characters of an androgynous/ambiguous nature. We want to see those that defy the typical gender appearances. Whether their gender is undetermined or if they're feminine men or masculine women.

Hey everyone before you join and submit please read over the rules first. I know it's a lot but, I wanted to be as thorough as possible so that there is no confusion. The main points are in bold and text explaining them [if needed] is below.

[General Rules]
No macho men and no girly girls.
This group is to show people and characters whose gender is ambiguous or feminine men/masculine women.

No young, big-eyed, anime boys in skirts.
And no young, short-haired, big-eyed, anime girls in pants. There are other groups out there for traps. Therefore, no shota/loli characters. This group showcases androgyny in a different light.

No cosplay/crossplay!
Not that I don't like it, because I do, I just don't want the photography section to be overrun by girls/guys crossplaying at anime cons. I know there are some amazing cosplay costumes out there, but I can't allow only some cosplay and deny others. So dressing up as a character from any anime/manga/movie/book, etc. is not allowed.

No anthros/furries.
We specialize in human and humanoid original characters.
Kemonomimi [having animal ears and tails] are allowed.

No fanart !
Exception:
-It's fanart of someone else's original character, not fan character.

Males and females are allowed here! Also gay/lesbian and straight couples are allowed!

No porn/hentai, straight, gay, or lesbian.

NO HATERS!
If you cause drama you will be deleted and banned from the group. We want a nice environment here where members can feel free to participate in the group without the fear of being flamed or trolled.

I don't blame my 'confusion' on my upbringing. I was born this way.
I was gay. I love a woman.
I was straight. I love a woman.
The very same woman.

Blades and Magic Chapter 1 Declan
Declan Wade watched as an unknown, goopy substance was dropped onto his plate next to his piece of nettle bread.
"Ooh, my favorite," Declan said with pure sarcasm before turning away from the cooks. He looked around the dining hall and the dining hall looked back. He wasn't a newcomer, but he was Declan Wade. And that aspect always gained him a few glances here and there. They newer members of the prison would always eye his cuffed hands. He was never allowed out of them except for when he was in his own private cell. They didn't allow him any roommate since the last one mysteriously wound up bleeding profusely from a diner fork in tBlades and Magic Chapter 1 by ~linkthehylianhero

Blades and Magic Chapter 2 Aidan
Aiden kept his head down as they traversed the dark, dank halls of the prison, torchlight illuminating anyplace that sunlight could not touch. Their steps reverberated off the stone walls and floor, mixing with the jingling of the chain that connected Declan's cuffs, as well as the ruing of keys that hung with a tempting gleam from the Captain's belt. The older men laughed and chided one another as they walked, giving Aiden a touch of evidence to how long, exactly, Declan had been an inhabitant of this frightening and stark place. He asked the Captain about his family and for various tidbits of news such as scores from the latest gamblBlades and Magic Chapter 2 by ~linkthehylianhero

The Lion and the House Cat The sound of a car whizzing past you at 60 miles an hour is a good reminder you're alive. The gravel of the sidewalk under my hands, the scratch of the brick against my back all continue to tie me down. Without them, my senses might forget that I'm still here. I might just float away, out of my body, past the smog and the skyscrapers until I can look down at all my problems like ants and laugh. For a moment that almost sounds nice, but without those reminders I won't ever be able to come back. I'd be stuck there, above the clouds, watching everyone else live on while I hover, my body abandoned and forgotten.

Soo, I guess it is time for me to introduce myself. I am ~makeshift-coffin. ~Voltaira has recently placed this group into my hands, as you might or might not know.
-falls to knees- I am SOOOOOO SOSOSOSSOSOSO Sorry for ANYONE who's submittion or member acceptance has expired in the past. This is going to change. I have been dealing with work and some personal issues and so I have been having a hard time managing such a large group. I am now determined to run this group much better and give it more attention. So no more excuses for expired artwork and memberships waiting for acceptance!! -puffs out chest- Ohh! And if anyone is up for an event or contest, why not comment tell me if your interested? I would love to hear what you guys want from this group!

Also, for thoses who have some naughty, sexy boys check out #RedLightDistrictBoys! ;D

Lastly, I am interested in finding a co-founder for this group. I am looking for someone who is responable, fair, friendly, and has a strong sense of what androgyny is. I am mostly interested to find someone has experiance with running a group! So if you think you have what you got, please comment. Please don't be offended if I don't pick you, because I don't want to make just anyone a co-founder. This will be a very difficult choice for me, and I may have to take a long time before I pick the right person for the job.

oh man.
that made me so happy reading that in the rules.
the whole "trap" thing has always bothered me in a way. idk. especially when my stuff gets called traps. theyre not pretending to be something else >:T they are feminine males and that is perfectly fine and normal.
i like that im not the only one who feels that way
